We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces to create foundations, floors, and other structures. You will also need to have experience working with various tools and equipment used in the concrete industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper drainage
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Use power screeds and other equipment to level surfaces
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring as needed
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary
- Repair damaged concrete structures or surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of mixing and pouring techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Own transport preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus benefits.
