We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner in various retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Create appealing product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to check for product availability, placement, and pricing
- Negotiate shelf space and promotional opportunities with store managers
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations to improve sales performance
- Generate reports on sales data, inventory levels, and competitor analysis

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
1500$ per month + commission based on performance

Hawalli, Kuwait
