Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Mauren. You will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining the quality of service and food, and ensuring the profitability of the restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to maintain efficient operations
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service and food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. You may also be required to work on weekends or holidays based on business needs.
