Contract Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Contract Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on schedule and within budget
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage change orders and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status and financials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this contract position. The successful candidate will also receive a free visa and ticket for their relocation to the US. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
