Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving company sales goals. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build relationships with clients and maintain existing partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong business networks
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Train and mentor team members to improve their performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional teamwork

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or related role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the Bayan area (preferably Pakistani market)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid work permit for Bayan (visa sponsorship can be provided if necessary)
