Plasterboard Installer

We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Installer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Plasterboard Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Preference for male candidates

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling gaps, and sanding rough areas
- Apply tape, joint compound, and other materials to seal joints between panels
- Finish surfaces by smoothing, sanding, and applying texture or paint as needed
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot issues

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
