Personal Trainer



As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness and nutrition plans to clients in Vejle. Your main focus will be on guiding and motivating clients towards achieving their health and fitness goals through customized workout routines and meal plans. You will also be required to provide education on proper form and technique, as well as offer support and accountability to help clients stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to determine their fitness levels, goals, and any medical conditions or injuries
- Create customized workout programs that are tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients' dietary preferences and restrictions
- Demonstrate correct form and technique for exercises, both in-person and through virtual sessions
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts to help them reach their full potential
- Track clients' progress through regular assessments and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Provide education on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress management for overall health
- Offer support, accountability, and guidance to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- In-depth knowledge of exercise science, human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels and accommodate injuries or limitations
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals
- Certification in Personal Training or related field (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- CPR/AED certification preferred
