Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of biometric passports is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. If you are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
