Sales Manager
A fast-growing company in Lisbon is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are meeting their individual goals and providing them with the necessary training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (2+ years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
