Restaurant Manager

The role of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Roskilde, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and a positive work environment for our staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we are open to considering candidates without prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth operations across all departments
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in all areas of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark (visa sponsorship available)
