We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will not be provided.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design software. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team of architects, designers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
