Construction Project Manager



Our construction company in Odense is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders
- Communicate project progress and updates to all parties involved
- Allocate resources appropriately to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
- Enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure quality standards are met through proper inspections and testing procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with building materials, methods, and equipment
