A computer support specialist is responsible for assisting individuals and organizations with technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting and technical support to users, install and configure software and hardware, and monitor systems for potential problems.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Provide technical support to users through various channels (phone, email, in person)
- Monitor systems for performance issues and proactively identify potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer support specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
