We are a well-established restaurant in the charming city of Bansko, Bulgaria and we are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for the food and beverage industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates)

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus tips, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position, with shifts ranging from lunch to dinner service.
