Part-Time IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Braga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's information technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our systems.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing appropriate protocols and conducting regular audits
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery processes
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to develop IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Train team members on new technologies or systems as needed

Salary: $1100/month (part-time)
