Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, coordinating appointments and meetings, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies, scheduling travel arrangements, and assisting with various projects as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as experience with office equipment such as printers and scanners. Knowledge of biometric passport systems is preferred.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and take initiative when needed. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, with potential for growth within the company. The position is located in Funchal, but nationality or location of the employee is not a strict requirement.
