Experienced Carpenter

Our construction company in Roskilde is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be required to read blueprints and follow building plans to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter and possess strong knowledge of different woodworking tools and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as floors, walls, roofs, windows, doors, cabinets, shelves using various woodworking tools
- Read blueprints and follow building plans to ensure accuracy in measurements
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications
- Install fixtures such as molding and trim
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks involving lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time

Preferred:
- Certification or apprenticeship in Carpentry
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team
