Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Train clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo (accommodation provided if needed)

Contract Type: Full-time with the possibility of extension
