Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all project activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
