Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, managing architecture projects for our company. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and meeting quality standards. Your role will also involve conducting site visits, preparing reports and presentations, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Shan (open to all nationalities)
