Architecture Manager


We are in search of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture and possess excellent leadership skills. A competitive salary of $1300 will be offered to the selected candidate. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, from concept development to completion
- Manage a team of architects, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must have a valid visa to work in Denmark
