We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy café in Beer-Sheva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Ensure the quality of all products meets company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with restocking inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are currently residing in the city.
