Instrument Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Oslo. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electronic and mechanical instruments used in various industries. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and sensors
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and make necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure instruments are functioning properly
- Create reports detailing instrument performance and any necessary maintenance or repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in instrument maintenance and repair
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician
- Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
