Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Hawalli, Kuwait (Filipino Nationals)
We are a leading company in Hawalli looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain electronic and physical filing system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
