A reputable landscaping company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and skilled Nepali Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various landscapes for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all gardening equipment
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to client preferences
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden area
- Identify and treat any pests or diseases that may affect the plants
- Follow all safety protocols while working on client sites

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with at least 2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of various plant species and their specific care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
