Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in our company. This includes developing design concepts, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be tasked with managing a team of architects and ensuring their work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for various architectural projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team management
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers (open to candidates of any nationality)
