Waiter/Waitress


We are a busy restaurant located in Jizan, seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to the table
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setting up tables for new customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Assist with restocking inventory as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer service oriented with a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1200$ per month
