Executive Chef - Sheduva
As an Executive Chef in Sheduva, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes creating and implementing menus, managing food costs and inventory, and supervising kitchen staff. We are looking for a skilled and creative chef with a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage food purchasing and inventory to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of menu items
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Creativity in menu development and presentation
Salary: $1200 USD per month
