Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office expenses and submit expense reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: $1700 per month without accommodation.
