Concrete Worker

Our company is currently seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in concrete work
- Knowledge of different concrete types and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with power tools and equipment used in concrete work

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms, barriers, and other necessary equipment
- Measure, mix, and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools or power screeds
- Use power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut or shape concrete as needed
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
- Proven experience working with concrete
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
