We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects. This is a contract position, open to Indian nationals with no language requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Mix and pour concrete into forms using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Concrete Worker preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel if required for project assignments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
