Technical Support Specialist
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, or in person. You will troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and problem resolution
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals for clients
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1700$ per month
This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals who have their own visa. We welcome candidates without prior experience as long as they have the required qualifications.
