We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect with a passion for preserving historical buildings and landmarks. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for conducting historical research, assessing the conditions of buildings and developing preservation plans to ensure their long-term sustainability. You will work closely with project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to balance preservation needs with modern functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct historical research on buildings and landmarks
- Assess the condition of existing structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate preservation elements in new construction projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to balance preservation needs with modern functionality
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in historic preservation or conservation projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong understanding of architectural history, styles, and materials
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on restoration or rehabilitation projects for historical buildings
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology
- Fluency in English
