Entry-Level Barista

Our cafe in Balzers is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Entry-Level Barista to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the food and beverage industry. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as assisting with food orders. No previous experience is required, but a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with food orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, etc.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to work in Balzers

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
