Facade Technician



We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This role requires knowledge of construction materials, safety protocols, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades including windows, doors, cladding, and curtain walls
- Inspect and assess damaged or deteriorating facades to determine necessary repairs
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete tasks such as scaffolding assembly and installation of facade components
- Work with construction plans and blueprints to accurately install facade systems
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times while on job sites
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in construction or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using scaffolding
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
