A leading architectural firm in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while maintaining their unique architectural integrity. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural history and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preservation plans for historic buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess preservation needs
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with preservation regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the history, condition, and proposed preservation plans for each project
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative solutions for preserving historic structures
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Stay updated on current industry trends, techniques, and regulations related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history and techniques for preserving historic structures
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Understanding of local preservation regulations and experience obtaining necessary approvals from local authorities
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1000$ per week based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
