Position: Preservation Architect
Location: Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in accordance with conservation principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historical sites and structures to understand their significance and condition.
- Developing preservation plans and proposals for the restoration of historic buildings.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is executed successfully.
- Inspecting and assessing the condition of existing structures to determine necessary repairs or renovations.
- Utilizing traditional building materials, methods, and techniques for preservation work.
- Monitoring progress of preservation projects to ensure they are completed within budget and timeline.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all preservation work for future reference.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of conservation principles, techniques, and methods.
- Strong understanding of historical architecture styles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of professionals involved in restoration projects.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on historical sites using various resources.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
