Experienced Plasterer

We are in need of an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will also be expected to prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing them as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing them
- Mix and apply various types of plaster according to specifications
- Use hand tools or machines to smooth out and shape surfaces
- Create decorative textures or patterns on walls or ceilings
- Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer (minimum of 3 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Good understanding of different types of plaster and their uses
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
