Office Manager
Our office is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Bergen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and possess strong communication and leadership skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate will also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing employee training sessions
- Act as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide support to other team members as needed
