Experienced Roofer

We are in search of an experienced Roofer to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include inspecting roofs for damage, preparing estimates, sourcing materials, and overseeing the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough inspections of roofs to assess damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Providing accurate estimates for roofing projects based on materials, labor, and other relevant factors
- Sourcing high-quality materials from trusted suppliers at competitive prices
- Overseeing the installation process to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Roofer in residential and commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: $1700 per month

Working hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Accommodation: This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Fonvieille.

Visa and Ticket: The company will provide a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates who meet the job requirements.

Location: Fonvieille, France (Preference given to French nationals)
