Facade Technician



As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for building facades. This includes inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various types of facades such as glass, metal, and stone. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the safety and functionality of building exteriors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damages or potential hazards
- Perform repairs on damaged facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install new facade components as needed
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper installation of new facades
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade maintenance plans
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to protect facades from damage
- Keep accurate records of all facade maintenance activities
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations regarding facade safety and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational or technical training in facade maintenance preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of various facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: $1200 per month (without accommodation)
Location: US (visa sponsorship available)
