Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from initial concept to final construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction completion
- Review all project documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that projects meet all safety standards and environmental regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase
- Manage communication between all parties involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of architects/designers
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1800 per month

This is a full-time position suitable for men. The candidate should be an Indian national or have the legal right to work in Lithuania. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. However, we offer a free visa and ticket for candidates who require it.
