Facade Technician


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades to ensure their durability and safety. Your role will also involve working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades are installed according to design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades using a variety of materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure their integrity
- Conduct inspections and identify any potential issues or damage that may compromise the safety of the facade
- Work with architects and engineers to interpret design plans and ensure proper installation of facades
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate facade installation during construction projects
- Use specialized equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and lifts to reach high areas for facade installation or maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on facades
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Experience working with various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and design plans
- Ability to work at heights using specialized equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and lifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or damage on facades
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when necessary
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates)
