Office Assistant

As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates. This job is open to Pakistani and Canadian nationals living in El-Ain or those with valid work permits. Students looking for part-time work are also welcome to apply. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
