Concrete Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned
- Mix, pour, and smooth concrete using various tools and techniques
- Operate equipment such as power trowels and screeds to finish surfaces
- Install rebar or wire mesh as needed for reinforcement
- Repair damaged concrete structures
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Good time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Accommodation:
We offer accommodation for our employees who do not have their own housing in Izhevsk.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Malayalees with English speaking skills. Previous experience is not required for this position.
