We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Keep the facilities clean and well-maintained at all times
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events, and other general tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Own visa is preferred
