Architecture Manager
Location: Utena, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects, designers, and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones
- Oversee budget planning and cost control for all projects
- Review architectural plans and designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on design options
- Manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays; take corrective action as necessary
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality and compliance with design plans
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design or construction management
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
