A reputable construction company in Dickirch is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete surfaces according to specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up concrete forms and molds
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools
- Smooth, level, and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Operate equipment such as concrete saws and drills
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with concrete in a construction setting is required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Team player with good communication skills
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
