Computer Support Specialist

Our fast-paced technology company is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience providing technical support to end users, preferably in a corporate environment. The main responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing remote technical assistance. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of networking and security protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems according to company standards
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Assist with network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and permissions
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing backup procedures and monitoring for potential threats
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security protocols (VPN)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Multan (accommodation provided if needed)
