An architectural technologist plays a crucial role in the design and construction of buildings by translating architects' designs into technical drawings and specifications. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other building professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare specifications and technical documents for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction documents
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Keep up-to-date with building codes and regulations
- Research new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1700 USD per month, depending on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, China. Relocation assistance can be provided if necessary.
